- The unboxing process (to verify condition upon receipt).

- The issue or defect with the product.

- This video proof helps our technical team to assess the situation accurately and fairly.

Once we receive your video proof, our technicians will evaluate the product issue.

After careful assessment, a decision will be made to:

- Approve a refund,

- Offer a replacement, or

- Reject the claim if the product is found to be in good working condition or the issue is due to improper installation/use.

 

4. Refund Method

If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

- The issue is caused by improper installation or misuse.

- The product shows signs of wear, tampering, or modification.

- No video proof is provided.
